Peter’s Bio:

I obtained a Master of Physical Therapy degree and MD from the University of Washington and have served as a member of the faculty since 1990. My clinical work has focused on inpatient rehabilitation both at Harborview Medical Center and University of Washington Medical Center. In the clinical setting I have worked extensively on quality improvement projects. I served as department chair for 17 years and in that role have recruited, mentored and promoted numerous faculty. I have expertise in helping individuals succeed in academic medicine system and advance their career. I believe that mentoring is important to achieve success in academic medicine.
