Mark your calendar for Friday, June 5, and Saturday, June 6, for your UW School of Medicine Reunion! Join classmates and friends, Alumni Award winners and School leaders for a weekend of reconnecting and reminiscing.

Your reunion will take place at The Lodge at St. Edward Park, a beautifully restored landmark tucked away in a lush forest and just a short walk from the shores of Lake Washington. The Lodge’s exceptional design, service and hospitality earned a Michelin Key Award in 2024 and 2025, placing it among the world’s top hotels. Enjoy catching up with friends over a delicious meal inspired by Pacific Northwest flavors, exploring nature trails and family activities or visiting nearby attractions.

Friday, June 5

Welcome Reception and Distinguished Alumni Awards Ceremony
6:30–10 p.m.
Cost: $120
Cocktail attire is recommended for this special event.
Complimentary valet and self-parking.

Join us on the beautiful grounds of The Lodge at St. Edward Park as we kick off your Reunion Weekend at our outdoor welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres and local beer and wine.

The night will feature a celebration of the 2026 Distinguished Alumni Awards recipients. With inspiring videos and speeches, you’ll learn about their significant contributions to the UW School of Medicine and to improving health around the world.

You’ll also hear from our dean and CEO, Dr. Tim Dellit, and have plenty of time to mingle and catch up with your classmates!

Saturday, June 6

State of the School Luncheon

Featuring a Conversation with Dr. Tim Dellit and Marion Pepper, PhD
11:30 a.m.–1 p.m.
Cost: $60

Join us for lunch with Dr. Tim Dellit, dean of the UW School of Medicine, in conversation with Marion Pepper, PhD, chair of the Department of Immunology. Dr. Pepper will share her findings on immune memory — the immune system’s ability to “remember” previous encounters — and how it can be harnessed to either make better vaccines or suppress allergic disease. You’ll also hear an update on the changing landscape of medical education, recent medical breakthroughs and future plans for the School.

Afternoon Activities  
1:30–4:30 p.m.
Cost: Most activities are complimentary; wine tasting is $35/person. Complimentary shuttle service provided for tours. 

Enhance your reunion experience with optional Saturday afternoon activities. Whether you prefer to catch up with classmates while enjoying The Lodge’s amenities, visit the UW campus or head out for an excursion with your fellow alumni, there’s plenty to choose from.

Tour of the Health Sciences Education Building
Enjoy a tour of the new Health Sciences Education Building on the UW campus that opened in 2022 to students in dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health and social work. Students now share this technologically sophisticated building, with spaces and resources that promote active learning, interdisciplinary education and collaboration. You can take a guided walk through of the reimagined anatomy lab, including the interactive Anatomage tables.

Private Wine Tasting at The Lodge
Take a guided tour through the iconic wine varietals and producers of Washington state. Taste six unique selections of red and white wines while learning the history of the Washington wine industry, the varietals produced and what makes Washington so special for growing grapes.

Please note: There are only 25 seats available; cost is $35/person.

Historical and Fine Art Tour of The Lodge
The Lodge at St. Edward State Park is a historic landmark hotel deeply rooted in local history. Join this historical walking tour with a local guide who will help you explore the hotel. During the tour, you can also view the impressive art on display throughout the hotel.

Guided Outdoor Hike at St. Edward State Park
Looking for some outdoor time and fresh air? Join this guided tour with a state park ranger who will take you on a walk through the 326-acre old-growth forested state park and provide trail maps with recommendations for free hiking time on one of the park’s 71 hiking trails. 45 minutes of orientation time, followed by an hour of free hike/exploration time. Hikes range from easy to moderate.

All-Class Celebration 
Cost: $175  
Complimentary valet and self-parking.
Zoot suits and flapper dresses are welcome as you celebrate with your classmates in Gatsby style! Cocktail attire suggested; Gatsby spats and flapper fringe are encouraged, though not required.

5 p.m. – Cocktail/Mocktail Hour
Let’s kick the night off in grand style! We’ll come together for an all-class celebration with entertainment, beer, wine, a signature cocktail and light appetizers.

6 p.m. – All-Class Dinner
The classes of 1956, 1961, 1966, 1971, 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011 and 2016 will gather for an evening of reconnecting and reminiscing. Enjoy a festive dinner in our ballroom, including an intimate dining space for our Medicine Golden Grads. Find your graduating year’s class table and enjoy a delicious, Northwest-inspired plated dinner with beer and wine while you catch up with your classmates.

8 p.m. – After-Party in the Speakeasy
The party is just getting started! After our all-class dinner, join your classmates for a special after-party featuring entertainment, snacks and a no-host bar.

Accommodations

If you’re planning to make a weekend of it and stay at our official venue, The Lodge at St. Edward Park, here’s how to book a room at your special alumni rate.

When you book for both Friday and Saturday nights, you’ll receive the discounted rate of $419/night (including all fees, before taxes) for a Classic King room. Please note our rate is $379/night before fees. The previous rate at $319 has sold out.

The final total for two nights, including tax and resort fees, will be $932.76. You may initially see a higher pre-discount total in your cart, but the discount will be applied on the payment screen.

Your card will not be charged until check-in.
