UW School of Medicine alumni are able to participate in a variety of educational offerings for free across UW Medicine, including activities from Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine, Neurological Surgery, Pathology, Allergy & Immunology, General Internal Medicine, Laboratory Medicine, and many more. Many sessions offer CME credits (available for $25.00-$65.00). For session links and additional information, please visit the website listed or email the contact person provided for each session, please don’t click the green ‘register’ button unless you want to pay for CME credit. HEALWA
Have you heard about HEALWA? Created through a partnership between UW and the WA Department of Health, this online library of resources offers access to subscription journals, databases and tools for Washington state providers across twenty-six professions, including physicians, physician assistants and occupational therapists. It can help you find journal articles, check the latest treatment guidelines and find patient education materials and point-of-care information.

• UW Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs
The UW Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs welcomes all UW School of Medicine alumni to participate in these FREE educational series: Leadership Development Workshop Series, Resilience Programming and Women in Medicine and Science Series.
• UW Medicine Research and Graduate Education
Alumni are welcome to participate in the Science in Medicine Lecture Series, taking place throughout each school year.
• UW Medicine Office of Continuing Medical Education
Improve your knowledge and skills while earning continuing education credits by registering for an upcoming UW CME course. Fees may apply.
• “Thrivecast” podcast
Alumni are encouraged to tune in to the Thrivecast podcast offered through the UW Medicine Office of Faculty Affairs and receive tips to thrive professionally.
• University of Washington Alumni Association – Public Events
The UWAA offers many exciting lectures and programs year-round that open to all, no membership required. UW’s Alumni Association is the place to go for help with records, such as transcripts or diploma verifications. They can also help you get access to books, academic journals and more via UW Libraries and EBSCO. Please note, many of the benefits available through the UW Alumni Association require paid membership.
