If you’re planning to make a weekend of it and stay at our official venue, The Lodge at St. Edward Park, here’s how to book a room at your special alumni rate.

When you book for both Friday and Saturday nights, you’ll receive the discounted rate of $319/night* for a Classic King room. Rooms are first come, first served, so don’t wait.

The final total for two nights, including tax and resort fees, will be $778.25. You may initially see a higher pre-discount total in your cart, but the discount will be applied on the payment screen.

Your card will not be charged until check-in.

Make sure you use this link to access the discount — no promo code needed! (If you go directly to the Lodge’s website, you won’t receive the special rate.)

For a different room type or a longer stay, please book a Classic King room first using the link, then contact The Lodge’s room concierge at 425.321.1591 or sales@thelodgeatstedward.com to adjust your reservation. This ensures that you will receive the discounted group rate and your reservation is properly set up in the system.

*Note: A two-night minimum is required to receive the discount rate. Once the discounted room block has sold out, the hotel may have additional rooms available, but prices may change. Please check your booking confirmation carefully and ensure all details are correct. The hotel is responsible for managing all reservations, and the Alumni Association does not have access to individual hotel room reservation details.
