Mark your calendar for Friday, June 6, and Saturday, June 7, for your UW School of Medicine Reunion! Join classmates and friends, Alumni Award winners and School leaders for a weekend of reconnecting and reminiscing.
Reunion Weekend will be held at The Lodge at St. Edward Park, a beautifully restored landmark tucked away in a lush forest and just a short walk from the shores of Lake Washington. Enjoy catching up with classmates over a meal, exploring nature trails or visiting nearby attractions. The Lodge at St. Edward Park has limited rooms available for Reunion Weekend.

Welcome Reception and Distinguished Alumni Awards Ceremony
6:30–10 p.m.
Cost: $115
Complimentary valet and self-parking.
Cocktail attire is recommended for this special event.
Join us on the beautiful grounds of The Lodge at St. Edward Park as we kick off your Reunion Weekend at our outdoor welcome reception with hors d’oeuvres and local beer and wine.
The night will feature a celebration of the 2025 Distinguished Alumni Awards recipients. With inspiring videos and speeches, you’ll learn about their significant contributions to the UW School of Medicine and to improving health around the world.
You’ll also hear from our dean and CEO, Dr. Tim Dellit, and have plenty of time to mingle and catch up with your classmates!

Saturday, June 7
State of the School Luncheon
Featuring a Conversation with Dr. Tim Dellit and Dr. Nora Disis, Fel. ’93
11:30 a.m.–1 p.m.
Cost: $50

Join us for lunch with Dr. Tim Dellit, dean of the UW School of Medicine, in conversation with Dr. Nora Disis, director of the Cancer Vaccine Institute at UW Medicine.
The Cancer Vaccine Institute is just a few years away from launching cancer vaccines with the potential to dramatically reduce, and even eliminate, suffering and death caused by cancer. Dr. Dellit and Dr. Disis will discuss her award-winning research to develop lifesaving cancer vaccines.
You’ll also hear an update on the changing landscape of medical education, recent medical breakthroughs and future plans for the School.

Enhance your reunion experience with optional Saturday afternoon activities, including:
- Tour of the Health Sciences Education Building on campus
- Guided outdoor hike at St. Edward Park

All-Class Celebration
Cost: $175
Complimentary valet and self-parking.
Zoot suits and flapper dresses are welcome as you celebrate with your classmates in Gatsby style! Cocktail attire suggested; Gatsby spats and flapper fringe are encouraged, though not required.
5 p.m. – Cocktail/Mocktail Hour
Let’s kick the night off in grand style! We’ll come together for an all-class celebration with entertainment, beer, wine, a signature cocktail and light appetizers.
6 p.m. – All-Class Dinner
The classes of 1955, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2015 will gather for an evening of reconnecting and reminiscing. Enjoy a festive dinner in our ballroom, including an intimate dining space for our 50-Year Association alumni. Find your graduating year’s class table and enjoy a delicious, seasonally inspired three-course plated dinner with beer and wine while you catch up with your classmates.
8 p.m. – After-Party in the Speakeasy
The party is just getting started! After our all-class dinner, join your classmates for a special after-party featuring entertainment, snacks and a no-host bar.
Sunday, June 8
Alumni Family Day
11 a.m.–1 p.m.
Cost: $25
Complimentary valet and self-parking.
Stay for our summer BBQ taking place at St. Edward State Park! UW School of Medicine alumni and their families are invited to join us for a casual buffet-style lunch and spend the afternoon enjoying fun, family-friendly activities.
Rekindling connections and reminiscing are at the heart of every reunion experience. We invite you to reconnect with your fellow classmates before the big event. It’s the perfect opportunity to find out who’s attending, share cherished moments with longtime friends and encourage them to join in for an unforgettable weekend.

• Personalized Outreach – Would you like to reconnect with your classmates individually? Just electronically sign our data protection policy, and we’ll send you a class roster so you can get in touch directly.
• Video or Voice Message – Email us at medalum@uw.edu if you’d like to make a brief video or voicemail inviting your classmates to Reunion (the alumni association will help you create it and handle distribution).

The Lodge at St. Edward Park has limited rooms available for Reunion Weekend. You can book a room online here to receive a special discount rate (when booking both Friday and Saturday nights) and enjoy additional amenities and activities. Consider staying all weekend and attending Alumni Family Day on Sunday, June 8. Complimentary valet parking is available. Note: A two-night minimum is required to receive the discount rate.
